If you contact DiscoverYaima, we may receive your name, email address, subject and message.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. Contact messages are normally kept for no longer than 12 months, unless they are still needed for an ongoing conversation or administrative reason.

Free routes

When you request a free DiscoverYaima route, we ask for your email address and, optionally, your name.

We use this information to send you the route you requested.

Receiving a free route does not require you to subscribe to the newsletter.

Newsletter

You can separately choose to receive occasional DiscoverYaima email updates.

If you subscribe, we use Mailchimp as our email service provider to process your subscription and send confirmation and newsletter emails. Your email address and, if provided, your name are shared with Mailchimp for this purpose.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter email.

Cookies and analytics

DiscoverYaima does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics on its main website pages.
